FAQs for Our Heights Location

Yes. At our Heights coffee shop, we offer free fiber Wi-Fi throughout the indoor seating and both covered patios. Ask the baristas for the code.

Yes. We are laptop friendly and have outlets throughout the space. Inside, you will find 4 outlets along the bar, 3 at the booths, and 1 near the couch area. Outside on the main patios there are 6 outlets mounted on the metal posts. Each outlet has two plug connections, so you can charge more than one device at a time.

Yes. Iced drinks are served in glassware and hot drinks in ceramic when you dine in. To-go cups are available on request. This only applies to the 1920 Houston Ave. (Sawyer Heights) location. The Galleria location uses to-go cups.

Yes. We carry a small selection of loose-leaf teas, including Immortality Tea (Jiaogulan, caffeine-free). Ask the bar for the current list.

Are you a pet friendly coffee shop?

Yes. Our Sawyer Heights coffee shop has dog friendly patios that are perfect for hanging out with your pup. Please keep pets leashed and tidy around other guests. Service animals are always welcome throughout the space. This pet friendly policy applies only to our Sawyer Heights location.
