Pandan-Matcha Cloud

The Pandan-Matcha Cloud is our signature iced matcha latte at The Coffee Garden in Houston Heights. We start with ceremonial grade matcha and blend it with our house-made pandan syrup, then shake it with cold whole milk for a creamy, smooth base. Pandan adds a lightly sweet, floral, almost vanilla-like aroma that makes this drink fragrant without feeling heavy or overly sugary.

On top, we add a layer of fluffy pandan cold foam that floats over the latte like a soft cloud. Each sip pulls some of that creamy foam into the matcha below, so you get layered flavors of green tea, pandan, and gentle sweetness all the way through. It is iced only, which makes it perfect for Houston’s warm days and anyone looking for something more interesting than a standard iced latte or basic matcha.

By default, the Pandan-Matcha Cloud is made with whole milk, but we are happy to make it with dairy free options if you prefer a non dairy latte.
