Multigrain toast topped with a sunny-side-up egg, pepitas, pickled carrots and onions, microgreens, and a pinch of red pepper flakes.
Build Your Own Breakfast Taco
One scrambled eggs on corn or flour tortilla, plus one protein and two add-ons. Proteins: bacon or chorizo. Add any two: potatoes, spinach, beans, onions, tomatoes, cotija cheese, mushrooms, pico de gallo, or diced jalapeños. [ add avocado +2.50 ]

Breakfast Torta
Scrambled eggs, refried black beans, ham, provolone cheese, served on a toasted bolillo bread.
Breakfast Burger
6 oz hand-made beef patty with a fried egg, bacon, hash browns, Swiss cheese, avocado mayo, and microgreens on Texas toast.
French Toast
Two slices of Texas toast, soaked in our house-made batter, topped with strawberry compote and whipped cream.
Beef Empanadas
Two flaky, golden, savory latin pastries filled with ground tenderloin, caramelized onions, cumin, malbec-soaked raisins, and pimento olives. Served with chimichurri or cilantro sauce.
Chicken Empanadas
Two flaky, golden, savory latin pastries filled with smoked chicken, Peruvian Huancaína sauce, basil, and candied pecans. Served with chimichurri or cilantro sauce.
